The sea under human and natural impacts: challenge of oceanography to the future Earth
Invitation to the Symposium
A series of Japanese-French Oceanography symposia has been co-organized by the two Japanese-French Oceanographic societies in Japan and France.
They both aim at promoting scientific exchanges between the two countries and hold regular symposia alternatively in Japan and France since 1983.
In continuity with the last symposium in 2013 at France, the 16th Japanese-French Oceanography Symposium will take place in 2015 at Shiogama (Tohoku) and Ebisu (Tokyo), Japan, co-organized by Tohoku National Fisheries Research Institute (see Scope for detail).
