Registration

Use the registration form (in preparation) to complete the registration process. You will be asked to enter the following information on the form.

  • Participant's information (name, nationality, affiliation, email, and so on)
  • Willingness and desired type of presentation (oral/poster)
  • Lunchbox requests during the symposium
  • Participant's presence or absence to the following events:
        Ice breaker on November, 25
        Excursion on November, 26
        Excursion on November, 27
        Toba Maru onboard tour on November, 28 (only for symposium participants)
        Symposium from November 28 to 30
        Reception by the Mayer of Toba City on November, 28
        Dinner organized by SFJO on November, 29
  • Accompanied person's presence or absence to the above events except for Toba Maru onboard tour
  • Request of hotel reservation arrangement (for foreign participants)

Participation fee

  • Symposium participation fee:
        20,000 JPY for general persons
        10,000 JPY for students and postdoc researchers
        free for students and faculty staffs of the National Insitute of Technology
  • Lunchbox for symposium participants on November, 28 and 29 (option):
        2,000 JPY per serving
  • Participation fee for Excursion on November, 26 and 27 (option):
        2,000 JPY per person as lunch fee for each excursion
  • Participation fee for Dinner organized by SFJO on November, 29 (option):
        12,000 JPY per person
